…some great news! I owe you a giant thank you!!!!! I have had my time trials over the past 2 months and finally got the email today. I have made the USA National Team for Premier Women’s crew. I cannot thank you enough for all the work you put into helping me rehab after my SLAP tear surgery, getting me back on the water, helping me with my nutrition, building up my muscles, and being more aware of my body mechanics.

Dr. Janine has been working with me and my dance career for a very long time, and there is no one else I trust more. She has helped me with dance related injuries, normal everyday injuries, and even injury prevention. My dance career would not be what it is today if it weren’t for her and her help. Her office is extremely beneficial to me and my dance career. I strongly recommend dancers to see Dr. Janine for any dance related injuries. She has supplied me with exercises to, not only rehab my body, but to strengthen my body to prevent it from injury and keep it on the path needed to achieve my girls in my dance career!

Dr. Janine Negron has helped me recover quickly and efficiently through many of my tedious dance related injuries. She has also gave me many exercises to prevent such injuries from recurring and I still use them to this day. While working with her, I was able to learn more about my body as a dancer and am now able to relate many of the words and techniques that she has taught me back to my dance training. She's a life saver and I'm lucky to have her.

Because of this, when I am away at school, I still have the proper tools, exercises, and knowledge to take care of my body. I recently started experiencing knee pain and now I am working with Dr. Negron to heal that. I am confident that I will be back dancing full out in no time - and even stronger - because I am in such great care!”

Luckily, she was quickly able to figure I had a dropped cuneiform that was causing my pain. After some foot mobilizations & strengthening I was ready to go for my performances!”
